Hi Ali & Family,
Just thought you might like
an update on the doodles! We started off with
Coco, she’s 2 and a half now, as we loved her so
much, Kimber came along, she’s just turned 2,
then I made your mum promise not to let us have
any more, but low and behold..... We now have
Cookie, she is almost 9 months old now and
definitely rules the roost! So, we now have one
in every shade and we are very well known in our
village! All 3 are just amazing, loving and so
much fun, I’ve lost count of the slippers we’ve
lost, to be honest I don’t bother wearing them
any more, I’ve found it’s a loosing battle! I
hope you are all keeping well, and please don’t
answer my calls any more!!
Lots of love

Hi Ali, thought you may
want to see one of your former charges on
http://news.bbc.co.uk/local/sussex/hi/people_and_places/nature/newsid_8420000/8420216.stm
I also attach a few more
snapshots from Finn – now 21 months old.
He is so lovely and a very funny character.
When we came to see the puppies for the first
time we were bowled over by the lovely temper of
their mum, and Finn seems to have inherited it.
Very affectionate and always keen to meet new
people!
Merry Christmas – and many
thanks for my best ever buy! Regards,
Valeria Coots

Hi All at Wrens Stud,
HI – I’ve been with my new family for a few
months now and I am growing into a big,
beautiful and very mischievous girl!! I get lots
of attention when I am out on my walks and I
love it. I love going for walks on the beach –
not quite been brave enough to have a swim yet
but I like to paddle in the waves.
I also like to help mum with the gardening – she
really enjoys refilling the plant pots after I
have emptied them out for her, also I like to do
the laundry – air drying socks while running
round the house with them is the best,
I’ve also been helping dad with the DIY.
My puppy classes are going really well – I love
to meet other dogs – it’s so exciting., and I’m
making lot’s of new friends at the park too.
I’ve been using my charm to full effect at home
also – at first the rules were no sofa for me –
but I’m so adorable that mum has weakened and
now she loves it when I come up onto the sofa
for a cuddle.
Hope you are all well.
Lots of love Alabama

Hi Ali & Family
Just thought you'd like a little update on Coco, She was one of
the litter born to Maggie & Sam on November 24th.
As you can see she has grown a lot and we have to say she is the
most good natured little doggy anyone could want for. We have 4
kids and she is like a 5th !!! She gets played with and tugged
about and loves every minute of it. Now that Spring is here
we've been out in the garden and Coco has been helping with the
digging and moving of the cut grass and freshly swept leaves !!
It's so funny to see her with grass and mud around her chops.
Oh, and we've now discovered she loves muddy water, this week
end we went out and she found every puddle and patch of mud she
could, she even laid down in one resulting in a long shower when
she got home.
We take her out all the time to the woods, which she loves,
running about off her lead and meeting other dogs. We are
constantly asked by other people what she is and where she came
from and we always highly recommend you, your stud is a lovely
place where you obviously care about the animals.
We'd love another doodle, if you could keep us informed if you
have another litter due, as we wouldn't want to buy one from
anyone else.
Love and woofs
Clair, Glenn, Coco and family xx

Hi, this is Finn,
and I am now nearly 16 weeks old! As you can see I have grown a lot –
the other day a lady called me ‘majestic’. I don’t know what she meant,
but she looked at my paws. Most people say I am gorgeous, cute and
lovely – I know what these words mean!
I love people, the
more the better. Especially the workmen here on the estate, with
their smelly boots and yellow hard hats – they have diggers and I love
those too! Not so keen on other dogs, but horses are great – because
they leave those lovely smelly droppings for me to eat, all over the
Common. Rabbit droppings are good too – but not big enough to bury my
nose in. I got reported to the vet for my ‘odd’ eating behaviour, but
he said I am probably a vegetarian.
I work my paws off
doing gardening and house work, but the pay is lousy – there are so many
treats in the cupboard (I can tell, I had a close look), but they are
really mean in giving them to me. I empty the washing machine, shred
carrots and paper, carry empty water bottles up and down the garden and
brush the patio with the big broom. My favourite play is pretending to
be Red Rum, I do laps around the garden and my owners say I should
represent the UK at the
Olympics, doing relays. I don’t need any team members, just run one
round with a bottle, drop it at their feet, do another round without it
and then pick it up.
I have been to
puppy parties and now go to puppy classes once a week, not sure if I
like it there, too many other noisy puppies! My personal puppy trainer
is much nicer and I get lots of attention from her.
Yours Truly, Finn

Dear Wrens Stud,
I am having a lovely life in Holland where my family are thrilled with
me. I am even better than they hoped! As you can see from the photos, to
begin with, I was a typical girl and spent ages collecting shoes and
making piles of them in the garden. I have grown out of that now!
At three months I followed my cat and rabbit brothers' every move and
still love them dearly! I can't get through the cat-flap any more but
still like to lie with my nose sticking through it waiting for George to
come home. I went to a Dutch Puppy class where I was often asked to
demonstrate because I learn so quickly. I love other dogs and am going
to do a young dogs course in the New Year.
I
am now seven months old and have a lovely golden rough coat which I
don't shed much at all. I am very well behaved and still hardly bark
ever! I like going for walks in the woods and on the beach where I find
many friends to play with.
Very
best wishes to you all and a Happy New Year!
Love from Lottie
